At Dada Home Care / Family Wellness, LLC, we uphold a stringent commitment to non-discrimination.

Grievances can be submitted in person, by mail, fax, or email. Should you require assistance with the grievance process, Marcia Morgan-Parker is available to assist you.

Furthermore, if you believe that your concerns have not been adequately addressed at the organizational level, you have the right to file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights.
